NEW ZEALAND NATIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM

The New Zealand national football team (commonly known as the All Whites) represents New Zealand in men’s international football and is governed by New Zealand Football (NZF). The team is a member of OFC (Oceania Football Confederation) and FIFA, competing in regional and global tournaments.

Nicknamed the All Whites due to their all-white playing kit, New Zealand plays its home matches at various stadiums, with Wellington Regional Stadium and Sky Stadium among the primary venues. The team is recognized for its disciplined and organized style of play, often relying on teamwork and tactical cohesion.

New Zealand has qualified for the FIFA World Cup twice, in 1982 and 2010, achieving an unbeaten run in the group stage in 2010—the first time the nation earned points at a World Cup. Regionally, New Zealand has been dominant in the OFC Nations Cup, winning the tournament five times and consistently representing Oceania in intercontinental play-offs.

The national team continues to develop talent through its domestic leagues and youth programs, aiming to strengthen New Zealand’s presence on both the regional and international football stages.
