Thelonius Bair speaks English and French. His father, Brad, was born in Pembroke, Ontario, while his mother, Marjorie, is from Kingston, Jamaica. He grew up playing both soccer and basketball, starting soccer at age four with the Ottawa Royals. Off the field, he enjoys reading and video games, and his sporting favourites have included Thierry Henry and Jimmy Butler.
Internationally, he represented Canada at one CONMEBOL Copa América, helping the team finish fourth at USA 2024.
At club level, he spent time on loan with Hamarkameratene in Norway, winning the OBOS-ligaen title in 2021.
Reflecting on his departure from Motherwell FC in July 2024, Bair said, “My time at the club has been unbelievable. These have been some of the most enjoyable moments of my career. I love this club and I will always be a supporter. I wish everyone nothing but the best.”
