Rudi José Garcia, born on February 10, 1964, in Nemours, France, is a French football manager and former professional player. As a player, he was a midfielder and spent much of his career in French football, most notably at clubs like Lille. After retiring from playing, he transitioned into management.
Garcia is well-known for his managerial career in France, particularly with Lille, Le Mans, AS Saint-Étienne, and Olympique de Marseille, where he earned a reputation for his tactical approach and attacking style. He also had a high-profile stint managing AS Roma in Italy, leading the team to a Serie A runner-up finish and several Coppa Italia finals.
As of now, he is the head coach of the Belgium national football team, guiding a squad with world-class talent in international competitions.
