Zorhan Ludovic Bassong is a Canadian professional soccer player who features as a left-back for Sporting Kansas City in Major League Soccer and for the Canada national team.

Bassong speaks French and English. His father was born in Buea, Cameroon, while his mother is from Charleroi, Belgium. When he was three months old, his family moved from Toronto to Montréal. He grew up playing both soccer and basketball, beginning soccer at age five with CS Longueuil.

Off the pitch, he enjoys music and video games. Growing up, his favourite players included Lionel Messi, Alexis Sánchez, Ronaldinho, Mesut Özil, and Andrés Iniesta, while his favourite clubs included FC Barcelona, Arsenal, and Manchester City. He has also cited LeBron James among his favourite athletes.

With CF Montréal, he won the Canadian Championship.
